Virtual Classes for Kids

The inevitable has happened and lockdown is upon us. All classes are moving online, effective immediately. Kids will be able to borrow an item of gear to continue practising with at home. Please contact us if you haven’t yet borrowed an item of gear and we’ll try to space out visitors to keep social distancing practises in place.

In Term 2, we’ll be continuing to run virtual classes, to keep our students (and their parents!) sane, active and happy through isolation, when usual school sports and peer contact has been mostly suspended.

We’ll be running the following sessions:

  • Monday 5-6pm (Youth Circus)
  • Tuesday 4-5pm (Youth Circus)
  • Tuesday 5-6pm (Flexibility & Conditioning for Aerialists)
  • Saturday 4-5pm (Youth Circus)

If it proves popular, we’ll add more times, and potentially some more speciality classes like contortion and handstands. You’ll be able to keep any gear that you’ve borrowed, or organise to pick some up if you haven’t yet had the chance.

These classes will also be open to new students from anywhere with an internet connection, so if you have friends or family looking to keep their kids entertained while homeschooling, they are most welcome to join us. (And if you use the referral link in your account you can get $10 off your next booking!)

Each week we’ll send out a Zoom meeting link so kids can talk to each other and their trainers once the warm up is finished (around 10mins into the regular session time). If connected with audio or video they’ll get to talk about their progress on term goals with the rest of their class. Each student will then be given a new challenge to work on from home, with trainers available via the video link during class time if they need any assistance.

Current students can simply email us to book into these sessions and we’ll update your subscription. All subscriptions are currently on hold, so this is an opt in only session – if we don’t hear from you, we’ll keep your subscription on hold until the studio reopens. New students can book directly online:
